2023 ORBIT KITE REPLACEMENT
North Kiteboarding has identified a higher-than-normal warranty rate on a limited number of 2023 8m, 9m, 10m and 11m Orbit Kites within a specific production batch.
We are offering immediate replacement of all affected kites, free of charge.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused. As a premium brand, we take warranties seriously and put our riders first.
North has traced the warranty issue to an inconsistency in the inflated structure material on affected kites, which has caused the leading edge to burst in a small number of kites (usually upon first or subsequent inflation).
We have eliminated the material inconsistency to prevent this issue from reoccurring.

Your serial code badge is located on the underside of the trailing edge at the kite wingtip.

Your serial code is a combination of letters and numbers. For example: A23OB0931022I08886
Please note, the article number for the 2023 Orbit is 85000.230000. You'll find this above the serial code.
