Faster Turns, Uncompromising Freeride
With N-u80 stiffness and torsional flex are engineered to work together, and the airframe holds its shape under load but twists where needed. The kite responds earlier, turns faster, and needs less input to initiate a turn.

Progressive Torsion Flex
N-u80’s 0°/90°/30° weave is tuned for holding its form under load, while the 30° cross-ply Technora stiffens the bias direction, letting the tube twist progressively through a turn rather than folding or overloading at one point.

N-u80's higher stiffness-to-weight ratio enables a slimmer, lighter airframe that holds its shape under load. Combined with the five-point bridle, this delivers stronger low-end and greater control from light winds to powered conditions.

The iconic Reach is our highly versatile Freeride kite. N-u80 takes that versatility further in the Reach Ultra, with a lighter, stronger airframe that combines stiffness with progressive torsional flex. This allows a higher aspect ratio without sacrificing quick, responsive steering. Combined with its five-point bridle, the lighter airframe delivers faster flight, more direct feedback, stronger low-end and increased depower, with reliable relaunch and an enormous wind range for riding in all conditions.
Both kites are powered by N-u80 but are tuned for different disciplines. The Orbit Ultra is designed for Big Air, with higher boosts, faster loop recovery and increased hangtime. The Reach Ultra is designed for high-performance Freeride, combining fast, responsive handling with an enormous wind range and the versatility to boost, ride waves or foil.
