CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The "Win A Limited Edition Red Bull King Of The Air Atmos Sweepstakes" (referred to herein as ‘The Sweepstakes’) is sponsored and administered by North Actionsports BV.
2. By entering the draw you consent to your name being added to the North Kiteboarding email database in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
3. The Sweepstakes opens on 23 November 2022 (0900hrs) and closes on or before 9 December 2022 (1200hrs). The winner must be an active subscriber to the North Kiteboarding E-News at the close of draw.
4. Residents of Planet Earth are eligible to enter, where competition rules comply with local governing regulations.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
6. The Sweepstakes prize is a Limited Edition North Atmos Hybrid King of the Air TwinTip Board (138cm) valued at €999.00.
7. The Sweepstakes Prize Winner will be selected by a random number draw generated at 1200hrs on the Event Finals date. The Final Event date will be announced here between 24 November 2022 and 9 December 2022.
8. Each winner's name will be published live via social media, and the winner will be notified by phone call and email. The Prize Winner must respond within 2 hours and attend the Main Event Prizegiving to accept their prize. If the Prize Winner does not respond to the phone call or email within 2 hours, North Kiteboarding reserves the right to redraw a new Prize Winner.
9. The Prize must be claimed in person at the Red Bull King of the Air event. The Prize can not be substituted for cash or any other product.

11. Residents of Quebec, Brazil and Italy are not eligible to enter.
