1. The "Win a Limited Edition Red Bull King Of The Air Atmos Sweepstakes" (referred to herein as ‘The Sweepstakes’) is sponsored and administered by North Actionsports BV.
2. By entering the draw you consent to your name being added to the North Kiteboarding email database in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. The Sweepstakes opens on 23 November 2023 (0800 CET) and closes on 10 December 2023 (2100 CET). The winner must be an active subscriber to the North Kiteboarding Instagram page and E-News at the close of draw, and have tagged a friend in the Instagram giveaway post.
4. Residents of Planet Earth aged 18 or over are eligible to enter, where competition rules comply with local governing regulations.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
6. The Sweepstakes prize is a Limited Edition North Atmos Hybrid King of the Air TwinTip Board (138cm) valued at €999.00.
7. The Sweepstakes Prize Winner will be selected by a random number draw generated at 2100 (CET) final day of the Wind Window 10 December 2023.
8. The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message. The Prize Winner must respond to confirm a prize-winning message within 72 hours. If the Prize Winner does not respond to the message within 72 hours, North Kiteboarding reserves the right to redraw a new Prize Winner.
9. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner’s address or nearest North Kiteboarding retailer by courier. The Prize can not be substituted for cash or any other product.
