This year’s edition of Full Power Tarifa was hectic, to say the least. From short line “super-loops” to big upsets, this event had it all.
Located at the famous Balneario kite spot, Full Power Tarifa was gifted the classical strong, dense, gusty Levante winds, blowing upwards of 35knots throughout the day - so strong kites on the beach were blowing out into the Atlantic.

This year’s edition was as crazy as ever, showcasing the ever-strength women’s division. The women’s heats had riders consistently throwing down some mental action, where double loops were happening on the regular in the finials. The magnitude of the women’s riding was impressive beyond belief, with North’s rider Nathalie Lambrecht impressing the riders with her aggressive riding style - throwing down big technical kite loops all day long.
It was clear in the finals that Nathalie’s aggressive riding style was impressing the judges. However, what was clearer was her competition experience, putting down a dominant heat, and sticking her landings cleanly and consistantly. It seems like Nathalie is only warming up this season, we are all excited to she what she can do next.
